Acceptance of Terms. The following are the rules ("Terms") governing the use of the NUstore web site ("Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. NUstore reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting them on the Site. Links or content from other web sites ("Third-Party Sites") are governed by the Terms for the Third-Party Sites.

Permitted Use. The information, images, and software ("Content") on this Site is the property of NUstore and/or third parties supplying information to the Site. The Content is protected by international copyright laws. You are only authorized to view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use. Any reproduction, publication, or further distribution or public exhibition of materials provided at this site in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

Links. The Site may reference or link to Third-Party Sites. NUstore has no control over these Third-Party Sites or the content within them. NUstore can not guarantee that the content contained in these Third-Party Sites is complete, accurate, and/or legal. NUstore does not warrant that these Third Party Sites will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using the Site to purchase products, search, or link to Third-Party Sites, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against NUstore for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site or Third Party Sites.

Ticket Purchase Procedure. The procedure for purchasing tickets is described in Instructions. Due to the reasons set forth in Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, a ticket purchase may not be cancelled using the procedure set forth in Section 1829 of the Civil Code (discretionary cancellation within 14 days of purchase) because a ticket purchase constitutes a leisure agreement under which supply (attendance at an Event to which the customer is entitled by buying a ticket) is provided at a predetermined time.

Complaint Procedure. No refund is issued for the price paid for tickets. A purchased ticket cannot be exchanged. No replacement is issued and no compensation is given to the customer for a damaged, destroyed, lost, or stolen ticket. If an Event is cancelled, the customer will be informed that the Event has been cancelled via e-mail. NUstore bears no liability to the customer if the relevant communication channel cannot be used to contact the customer in time or if an Event cancellation notice sent to the customer in a timely manner is delivered late. The customer will be issued a refund for the price of the ticket to the payment card used to pay for the ticket. All claims, complaints, and inquiries must be delivered without unnecessary delay to NUstore by e-mail at info@noveumeni.cz

Privacy.The privacy of our users is important. 

This Privacy Policy covers NUstore treatment of personally identifiable information that NUstore collects when you are on the NUstore web site ("Site"). This policy does not cover the treatment of personally identifiable information that may be collected by other web sites ("Third-Party Sites") that NUstore links to or is otherwise affiliated with.

Information Collection and Use. NUstore collects personally identifiable information when you register for an account or purchase products or services. NUstore also collects information from your browser including browser type, browser version, browser settings, operating system, pages visited, your IP Address, and Cookies. NUstore uses this information for general purposes such as allowing you to add products and services to your shopping cart, tailoring the content within the Site to match your interests, and ensuring that the site continues to operate properly with commonly used operating systems and browsers. Your IP Address will be stored and used for security purposes to prevent fraud and other illegal activity.

Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from submitting personal information to NUstore. Federal Law prohibits websites from collecting and/or distributing personal information from children without parental consent. At this time, NUstore has no effective means to obtain and track parental consent. Therefore, NUstore must prohibit the submission of personal information from children under the age of 13.

NUstore will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. NUstore may need to send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people in order to provide you with a product or service you've requested. NUstore may also send your personal information to others when required to do so by law or by contractualy agreement of event presenters.

The mailing list is a list that may be used by NUstore and/or the organizations using NUstore to sell tickets. This mailing list may be used to inform you of upcoming events and/or special promotions. You have the option of opting out of the mailing list at anytime. NUstore will not send marketing or other solicitations to patrons that have chosen not to be included on the mailing list. Organizations using NUstore to sell tickets are prohibited from sending marketing or other solicitations to those customer that have chosen not to be included on the mailing list. Regardless of whether you've opted out of the mailing list, NUstore and/or the organizations using NUstore to sell tickets may contact you regarding important information related to an event you've already purchased tickets to. This may include important information such as an event cancellation, postponement, or relocation. It may also include a question or problem related to your order or payment. Season ticket holders may also be contacted regarding annual season ticket renewals regardless of whether or not they've chosen to be included on the mailing list.

Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer. Cookies cannot damage your computer. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to identify you. Unless you've chosen to submit personal information to NUstore though registration or the purchase of products and/or services, NUstore cannot identify you. Cookies are used by NUstore to allow the smooth operation of the Site and to track your activity so that we may tailor the content of the Site to match your interests.

NUstore may change this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this Site.

NUstore does not promise that the Site or any services, such as email, links, products, pricing, or searches offered on the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any Content, search or link on it.
